Who I am?
Hi, I''m Bee, I'm from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, a enthusiastic housewife, mother of a beautiful girl, food and photo lover. This is my second home where I can spend all day cooking, baking, writing (I'm learning English) and sharing my passion about food, mostly easiest recipes that any woman, anyone can do.
How did I start from absolutely zero?
I knew nothing about baking. i didn't even know how to fry a simple fried eggs properly. Then, relocating in England has brought me a chance to walk into baking world. i found a whole new concept about cooking and baking here. It was no longer about to cook then to eat. It's a passion, an art, a lifestyle that I have seen from tv, magazine, people around me. Then I started. I tried to cook the simplest dish with popular ingredients which can be found easily at any supermarket. I searched and followed the recipes from many cooking websites and learn how to make by watching videos on youtube. I spoke and listened to my friends who has experiences in their kitchens. And most of all, I practiced, anytime I had time, for every occasion, every party we hold in our family. Practice practice practice.
My message
This blog is created to share my little stories, good and easy recipes that I tried and archived. I hope anyone who also loves baking and just starts your very first cakes oculd realize that ”baking is easy as duck soup”. Then from there, you would want to invest a little bit of time, a little of effort to make your own beautiful invention for any occasions.
